A large crowd of people showed up outside the San Diego County Administration building, including community leaders from Let Them Breathe and San Diego Rise Up, and business owners from across the county.
KUSI’s Ed Lenderman was live on Good Morning San Diego as the rally was about to start.
After the rally, many of the speakers will also speak during public hearing at the 11:00 AM Board of Supervisors meeting.
