ReOpen San Diego Press Conference at San Diego City Hall Against Discrimination

July 30, 2021 @ 9:00 am 10:00 am

“We Stand Against Discrimination” Press Conference July 30 at 9:00am at SAN DIEGO CITY HALL, 1200 Third Ave, San Diego, CA 92101

Please join us and bring a sign to hold up showing your support against vaccine passports. This will provide a good visual for the cameras.

At the press conference, we will announce our “Proclamation Against Discrimination” available for local San Diego businesses to sign and display onsite. It will be one way to fight back against discrimination based on health and medical status, specifically related to COVID-19 vaccine status. Business owners want to let San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria know how disappointed they are in his recent tweet that he will give a mayoral proclamation to the first restaurant that requires vaccination for customers. And here we thought Todd Gloria was against discrimination.

What: Businesses say NO to vaccine passports and any other unlawful and unconstitutional discrimination, which can make life impossible for people who cannot or do not want to take the vaccine.

Who: El Cajon Mayor Bill Wells, who recently made a proclamation of his own standing against this type of discrimination.

Other speakers include: David Chiddick; owner of Koffie; Alondra Ruiz, owner of The Village SD restaurant; and Dr. Stanton Hom, DC.

When: Friday, July 30 from 9-10 am

Where: SAN DIEGO CITY HALL,1200 Third Ave, San Diego, CA 92101. We will meet next to the Civic Center in the plaza. There is a parking structure and street parking.
